Importance of Learning a Second Language
After graduating from high school I didn't feel the need to take more English courses. When I started looking for a job, I realized that including the knowledge of English language in the resume was definitely a plus, an advantage I didn't have. Only then did I decide to study English seriously.
I realized that English would ensure me a better job, which would pay more and would open doors into the business world. The best opportunities were exclusively available to bilingual people. I wanted to be part of that world, I wanted to meet people from other countries and cultures.
